Bug Fixes and mechanics fixes

1.  Aim Blow Fix to target specific enemy
2. StartUp event added
3. Skill Checks changed to become individual instead of party bases (except instinct checks)
4. Bank now has 1% interest daily
5. Fix and addition of tracking days for Day/Night system
6. A bit of balancing enemies for close to starting position
7. Added Healer in temple
8. Scroll I,II,III Gfx added instead of scrolling text
